Dr. Mitchell Josephs has been a staple in the Palm Beach dental community since 1992 when he took over the practice from Dr. Sam Mallamo, who founded it in 1958. Before moving to Palm Beach, Dr. Josephs completed his dental residency at Beth Israel Medical Center and Mt.
