ACH Next Steps

Thank you for completing the ACH payment form.

Here’s what’s going to happen next…

Within 1 business day we’re going to be emailing you an invoice. We use an electronic invoicing platform, called Mcardit for our ACH invoices. You’ll be receiving an email from: merchantsupport@mcardit.com.

The email subject will be: “Invoice From BigIdeas” (that’s us, BigIdeas is our parent company)

The email contains a secure link for you to view the invoice.

Just click the payment button, you’ll then be asked to verify yourself (we chose this platform due, in part to their fraud prevention process).

After verifying yourself, you’ll have the option to connect your bank account or to enter your bank account and routing number. Mcardit encrypts and tokenizes your account, but does not store your account information…and..Mcardit does not provide your account number to us.

Each month your payment will post to this invoice so that you can view all upcoming payments as well as payments made.

After your payment is made, a member of our customer support team will reach out to get you all setup.
